About Andrew Greenwell

Andrew's Client-First Philosophy

Born and raised into a family of real estate, Andrew Greenwell knows what it takes to get the job done. At age 12, while most others were reading Sports Illustrated, Andrew could be found with a copy of Homes & Land at the dinner table trying to convince his parents and family members to buy homes.

“It has always been a passion for me...while most of my friends wandered through high school and college trying to define their path I always knew that real estate was my calling.”

It was while attending Florida State University that Andrew founded his own brokerage company, eventually growing it into three offices. After graduation, Andrew sold the firm leaving him with the tough decision of what to do next. Always up to a challenge, it was during a visit to family in Seattle that Andrew realized a desire for something new.  “I remember sitting up on the benches at Volunteer Park, admiring the view, and it just hit me that this had to be home.”

During his time as a Realtor in the Greater Seattle area Andrew has used his savvy negotiating skills to assist numerous people buy or sell their home while maximizing their investment. His experience has found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting the clients first; by being accessible, a good listener and by responding quickly to your needs.

Most importantly, Andrew prides himself in the great care he takes with all of his clients. Over the course of a transaction they become more than a client, they become friends and neighbors.

In 2007, Andrew was named by the National Association of Realtors as on the of “Top 30 Realtors in America Under 30,” a very prestigious distinction.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time utilizing everything Seattle has to offer...from jogging the Olympic Sculpture Park to shopping for groceries at Pike’s Market. In the summer you can find Andrew roaming the streets of Belltown with his best friend, Bailey, his Chocolate Lab.
